BMP 1.0 is the first edition of the Beyond Med Project (BMP), a three-day virtual program designed to help healthcare students broaden their perspective on healthcare, discover opportunities beyond traditional career paths, and position themselves for future success. Under the theme, Building Medics Beyond the Stethoscope, BMP 1.0 will bring together healthcare students and professionals for insightful discussions on career growth, professional visibility, and personal development. The program will cover three key areas: Day 1: Exploring Opportunities in the Health Sector – exposing participants to diverse opportunities and career pathways within the healthcare ecosystem. Day 2: The Importance of Building Visibility Early – highlighting why healthcare students should intentionally build their professional presence and personal brand from an early stage. Day 3: Practical LinkedIn Optimization – providing hands-on guidance on creating and optimizing LinkedIn profiles to attract opportunities, build networks, and strengthen professional visibility. BMP 1.0 aims to equip participants with the knowledge, mindset, and practical tools needed to grow beyond the classroom and make meaningful impact in healthcare and society.
