Community Guidelines
At Chazon, we are building a community rooted in Vision, Growth, and Accountability. These guidelines help foster a space of structured visibility rather than chaos.
Our Four Pillars
Value-First Thinking
Everything on this platform must create value. Whether you are an organizer posting an event or a student engaging in discussions, ensure your inputs teach, inspire, or solve a problem.
Respect and Connection
We are bridging the gap between students and experiences. Treat every user, organizer, and volunteer with respect. Discriminatory, hateful, or harassing behavior has zero tolerance here.
Intentional Participation
Move from awareness to action. If you register for an event, show up. If you manage an event, deliver on your promises. Execution over talk.
Accountability & Communication
Ownership over excuses. If you run into issues as an organizer, communicate early. Cancellations and delays must be broadcasted well in advance. No silent confusion.
For Event Organizers
Structure over chaos
Provide clear, complete, and accurate event details. Don't leave attendees guessing about locations, times, or prerequisites.
Protect student data
Use registrant data gathered solely for managing the specific event. Do not misuse contact information.
Promote all-around development
Focus on events that genuinely drive academic, career, or personal growth.
For Students
Be proactive
Use the relevance filtering feature to find events that align with your trajectory. You are responsible for your outcomes.
Honor your RSVP
Turnout metrics matter to organizers who work hard to set up events. Cancel registration promptly if you cannot make it.
Engage thoughtfully
Give constructive feedback when requested to help organizers improve future iterations.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter users or organizers violating these guidelines or promoting chaotic, harmful, or non-educational content, please report it immediately.
